I am a health and safety practitioner specializing in policies and procedures. I can help your business or organisation develop the minimum standards you require for providing a safe and healthy workplace. With a background of over 20 years’ experience in the farming industry, the move to Health and Safety made sense. I have been exposed to high risk working environments and see potential for where I could act as a change agent to improve on safety culture covering a range of industries I can deliver complex information to groups with varying levels of responsibility.

My role is to advise, support, guide and enable businesses to grow and improve their safety culture. A broad range of experiences allows me to engage with people of various backgrounds. I deliver clearly and to the point when explaining core requirements.

I use concepts from both risk management, traditional and safety differently models to help businesses keep everyone is safe from harm. With an approach that reflects ‘all things safety’ as an ethical responsibility and not just a bureaucratic box ticking exercise, I strongly promote workforce engagement and learning.
